This book is of particular collectibility in that Harold J. Breau is the father of world famous jazz guitarist, Lenny Breau. The Breau family, of Francophone background, was a musical one and travelled North America with their brand of country music. Lenny was born in Maine but the family put down roots in our city of Winnipeg when Lenny was a teenager. He spent his formative years here, becoming acquainted with fellow Winnipeg guitarist, Randy Bachman who himself went on to great fame with rock bands,  "The Guess Who" and  "Bachman, Turner Overdrive" (BTO). Breau suffered from drug addicition & after heading off to Nashville and then Los Angeles, he met his untimely and mysterious end at the tragically young age of 43, in 1984
